WELCOME

We are Alnwick District Swimming & Lifesaving Club; a family centered non-competitive swimming club teaching lifesaving for all ages.

Lifesaving instruction is based on RLSS training programs and delivered by RLSS qualified teachers.

Younger children (6-12) follow the Rookie Lifeguard program while older kids (12+) and adults will be doing the "Survive and Save" courses.

We swim at Willowburn Pool in Alnwick on a Sunday evening.

UPDATE OCT 2022

Dear members,

Following our AGM it is now the time of year renew memberships. Please look out for emails. You will also note we have introduced a "Friends Member" category. This is open to previous members or guardian/parents of current members who may wish to swim on an occasional basis with us.

The Rookies sessions are now back to normal routine 5.15pm -6 pm.

Other sessions are 4.00- 4.30pm lane swim only, 4.30pm to 5.15pm family swim and some lane swimming depending on demand.
